Refund Policy

Subscription Payments

All subscription payments (individual or family) support the operational readiness of Montrose Minute Men EMS.


Subscriptions are non-refundable, except in cases of:

  • Duplicate payments made in error

  • A processing error where the charge did not match the amount selected

  • A technical issue caused by the website that resulted in unintended payment

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the payment date.

 

Please note:
A subscription remains active until July 31st of the following year, regardless of when it was purchased. No partial-year refunds are offered.

Donations

General donations made to Montrose Minute Men EMS are final and non-refundable.


Because donations immediately support emergency services, staffing, supplies, and community programs, we are unable to reverse or refund contributions after they have been processed.

If a donation was made accidentally, or submitted in the wrong amount, please contact us within 7 days so we can review the situation.

Merchandise or Event Purchases

Event tickets may be refunded up to 48 hours before the event start time, unless otherwise noted.

Please include:

  • Your full name

  • Date of payment

  • Amount paid

  • Reason for request

  • Any supporting documentation (receipt, screenshot, etc.)

Refund requests will be reviewed within 7–10 business days.

Processing Time

Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.
Processing times may vary depending on your card issuer or bank.

Policy Changes

Montrose Minute Men EMS reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated effective date.
